Clemco sandblast pots are designed with a low profile for easier filling and ample wheel clearance for greater stability when the system is in use.
The pot has a 300 lb. media capacity and has a .44 inch blast orifice at the nozzle. This set up is designed for very high flow operations.
This unit requires a minimum of 185 cubic foot per minute (CFM) of air flow to operate at Denver’s elevation. Mountain use will require a higher CFM flow compressor to operate!
A maximum of 100′ of pressure hose (from the compressor to the media pot) is allowable; 50′ of blast hose is the maximum allowable.
Media will ‘bridge’ and hence will not flow in high humidity or rainy conditions. Be aware of impending weather.
