The NV45AB2 Roofing Nailer is used for various construction works such as the installation of asphalt roofing shingles and the installation of insulation boards.
This nailer uses from 7/8″ to 1 3/4″ nails.
We sell 1 1/4 inch nails by the coil or by the box. These are the right length for many jobs using a single layer of shingles.
There are anywhere from 66 to 90 3-tab shingles per square (depending on style, size, weight, etc.).
There are typically 3 bundles per square.
A square of shingles covers 100 square feet.
Fiqure an average of 4 coils (at 120 nails per coil) to complete a square (based on 6 nails in 2 rows per 3-tab shingle).
