• This puller is designed primarily to pull the concrete “plug” out of the ground when replacing fence posts.
• Good to use when your existing fence requires the same location for the new post.
• Includes a set of concrete tongs to grasp the concrete.
• Includes a set of wood tongs to grasp the wooden post, if enough solid wood remains to pull from.
• Includes a deep root water (root feeder) to inject water around the plug to assist in pulling.
